Returns + Exchange
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return.Our Return/Exchange Policy extends to all RIVI Swimwear products, except the Sale Items, which must be returned within 14 days after receiving the package with the original packaging, hang tag, and hygiene seal (for the swimwear).
Who pays the return shipping?

Once we receive your shipment in the mail you will be refunded or an exchange product will be mailed to you in a timely manner.
When will I get my refund?
We will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days. Please note that depending on your banking institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
